Refund policy

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the individual product description for any product-specific exclusions.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@in2it.com.pk.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective.

  • The incorrect item was delivered.

  • The product was damaged during shipment.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning products, as IN2IT cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you require an exchange, please contact us at support@in2it.com.pk with relevant details and photographs of the product.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items

  • Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging
